At Riyah's House, we believe that healing happens through compassionate people willing to serve others with excellence, integrity, and love.

We're building something that will impact generations of bereaved mothers and women rebuilding after life's hardest seasons. As a newly established nonprofit organization, all current opportunities are volunteer positions as we continue building sustainable funding through grants, donations, sponsorships, and community partnerships.

Current Status

All positions are currently volunteer-based.

As Riyah's House grows, qualified volunteers may be considered for future paid opportunities as funding becomes available; however, volunteer service does not guarantee employment.

This opportunity will become available after completing Riyah's House Facilitator Training and Certification. Training will be provided.

Volunteer Commitment

Volunteer commitments vary by role. Most opportunities require approximately:

3–5 hours per week
Flexible remote opportunities available
Some hybrid and in-person roles throughout Metro Detroit
Board members should expect additional meeting and fundraising commitments

Reference and background checks may be required for positions serving vulnerable populations.
Training may be required before beginning service.
Volunteers are expected to uphold Riyah's House policies, confidentiality standards, and code of conduct.
